Meet the Facilitators

  • During your time with me at Haramara, I'll be celebrating my 6th year anniversary of sobriety. In these past 6 years, I have attended countless alcohol-free retreats, as well as been part of monthly ceremonies to heal & evolve into the Amy you know today. Meanwhile, as I am living this big sober life with intent and joy, it has always been my calling to hold space for those in my immediate circle, both friends and clients; and so finally... Just Retreat was born.

You are exclusively invited to the very first one on the magical land of Haramara, so clear your calendars, because your attendance is requested!

Each of these facilitators have individually guided me throughout my wellness journey; and as I’ve crossed paths with them, I made the point to keep in contact with their beautiful souls so that I may now introduce them all together for you while they accompany me in co-hosting this retreat, just for you.

Please take the time to meet my facilitators!

  • Raised in the Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee, from a young age Koko was surrounded by streams and old-growth trees and has learned to expertly emulate their sounds and auras. Koko constantly tries to fill up their cup with love so it will spill over; and it’s this spillover of love that has led to their lifetime of giving back through volunteerism. Koko’s service-oriented individualism knows how to use the power of a smile and sincere conversation to jovially lift your day.

Koko discovered the benefits of sound healing at the same time of their first Kundalini class, finding a powerful combination of release and healing in the two. Combining Mantra and intentional bright uplifting sounds into a practice that has been effective in both emotional and physical improvement in Koko’s life to such an extent that they feel a need to share it with anyone willing to listen to a tuning fork. If you’re looking for Koko: they might be playing gong, hiking, daydreaming about farm-life, or maybe even up in a tree taking a nap.
